Dignity at Work
NHSBT strives to ensure we have an engaged, caring workforce where valuing difference is in all that we do. To achieve this and make our organisation a great place to work, we must address all forms of harassment, bullying, abuse, discrimination and inappropriate behaviour. We have a number of supportive tools and policies in place to assist this. Our intention is to address issues quickly and where possible on an informal basis in the first instance.
We have set out our commitments in our Single Equality Scheme. You may also be interested in looking at our Diversity and Inclusion pages and What should I expect if involved in a Dignity At Work Investigation.
